Every day feels like National Pet Day for us here in Bedford because part of the Subaru Love Promise is all about sharing the love with our furry, feathered, or scaly friends, but the official National Pet Day is when we can all come together as a community to celebrate the animal companions who make our lives whole. What is National Pet Day?

National Pet Day started in 2006. It's a dedicated time to celebrate our pets and show them how much they mean to us. Even if you don't have any pets of your own, you can still spread the love by supporting local shelters and rescues around Cleveland and Beachwood. Here at Ganley Subaru of Bedford, we've participated in Subaru Share the Love events to help pets find their forever homes, and National Pet Day is the perfect time to lend a hand to organizations that work so hard to make sure that no pet goes without the love and comfort of home.

Whether you choose to celebrate by sharing photos of your pet, giving your pet some extra love, or donating to a local animal shelter, National Pet Day is a chance for all of us around Shaker Heights and Cleveland Heights to show the animals in our lives how much they mean to us.
