Job Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process

• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)

• Present and demonstrate inventory

• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards

• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification

• Utilize fully Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

• First year earning potential $50,000 to $100,000. (Only limited by your desire to earn!)

• Advise on additional needed services or repairs using low pressure, high integrity methods

• Providing accurate repair/maintenance estimates

• Adhering to policies on vehicle care and operation

• Following up on each repair, keeping customers informed of progress, and notifying customers when vehicles are ready for pick up

• Reviewing and explaining repairs and associated costs with customers

• Handling minor customer concerns and complaints and keeping the Service Manager informed of potential issues

• Maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards 

The Rewards:

• Annual Earning potential $55,000 to $80,000+

Ganley Bedford Imports is seeking motivated individuals for lot attendants, valet, shuttling and light detailing/washing of vehicles. •         Must have a clean driving record and pass a drug screening prior to employment

• Support maintenance operations; meet production goals set by management.

• Receive Repair Orders from Lead Technician (Group Leader).

• Complete assigned customer and warranty services or repairs (air conditioning services or repairs, brake adjustments or repairs, oil changes and lubrication, tune-ups, welding, etc.) productively.

• Continued technical training to meet standards and skill improvement.

• Ensure services and repair meet quality standards.

• Dispatch serviced and repaired vehicles to be washed and cleaned.

• Draw parts and supplies from inventory; use economically.  Record usage.

• Prepare accurate records of all service, brake, repair, and warranty work completed.

  $60,000-$110,00 per year earning potential.
