Kindred Spirits! - Jen H
Our shelter has had the privilege of having a partnership with Subaru Bedford for several years. This is a team who truly supports not just the mission of our shelter, but more importantly, promotes advocacy and adoption for our shelter dogs. Cathy Burnstine, their BDC manager, and our point of contact, works tirelessly to support shelters across the area. She makes this an easy partnership. We always consider ourselves very lucky to have our dogs invited to the Bedford location for adoption events. It's a great afternoon out for the dogs and gets fresh eyes on them and the shelter as a whole. Can't say enough good things about this group of people!

Furthermore, 100 Girls Strong OHIO partnered with the Edna House for a service project, giving Edna residents gifts to take home to their families for the holidays. Rainbow Babies and Childrens Hospital - Cathy B
Subaru joined Ken Ganley Subaru Bedford in providing warmth, love, and support to those facing cancer. Subaru believes we all should have a chance to lead a healthy life. This past June, we partnered with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society® (LLS) and UH Rainbow Babies and Children Hospital to give warm blankets and encouraging messages of hope written by retailers and Subaru customers in our stores to support patients facing cancer. Through the LLS Urgent Need Program, Pediatric, we also provided over 2,200 pediatric blood cancer patient households financial relief to help offset non-medical costs associated with treatment, such as transportation, food, housing, utilities, etc. Providing warmth, love, and support when and where they’re needed most is our way of letting these patients and their families know we care. We are proud to be LLS’s largest automotive donor and to be on track to have supported nearly 350,000 cancer patients nationwide by the end of this year.
